What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of RV maintenance and repair services, including electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.

*NOTE* We do NOT service generators.

How can I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you can give us a call or fill out the contact form on our website.

What are your service areas?

We are a full time RV family traveling the United States. Our permanent Summer service area covers the NW Oregon and SW Washington coast. Please see our contact page for our current, and future, location.

What are your operating hours?

We are a fully mobile service so we come to you. General operations are during day time hours but we will respond to various emergencies 24/7.

Are you certified?

Terry is a certified and insured mobile RV technician. He trained in person at the RVTI in Elkhart, Indiana and at the NRVTA in Athens, Texas. Additionally he has obtained many industry certifications from companies such as Lippert, AirXcel, Suburban and AquaHot.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we offer emergency RV repair services. Please give us a call for immediate assistance. After hours emergency calls have a 2 hour minimum.

Can I provide my own parts?

Yes with a caveat. Any customer supplied parts are not covered by our warranty. We strongly believe all parts are not created equal therefore we only order and install OEM parts. By doing this we can ensure you have a positive experience and the peace of mind of a warranty for the parts.

What is your warranty period?

We believe in providing quality work and completing the job properly the first time. Should an issue arise we warranty our labor for 90 days and all parts are covered for the duration of the manufacturer period.
