I contacted Terry yesterday and he came out today since we had some time to spare. He is professionally certified and it showed. We had a strange electrical issue and he worked his way through it methodically and thoroughly to ultimately figure it out. His communication was great and so was his overall attitude. He also took the time to point out a few other items he noticed on our rig, a class C sprinter, just as an FYI for later followup. Please don't hesitate to contact him. He not only responded to my call of inquiry, actually a desperation call, as it was hot!! Two other local repair folks never even responded to my calls. He came out and diagnosed the issue on my 2008 Road Trek 170 and soon we had a new working AC cool cat unit. Due to the vans age, Terry had to order a whole new unit as the old one could not be repaired. I so appreciate the time and calls he made to make sure the new unit was accurate for the RV. He removed the broken old unit and reinstalled, rewired and ensured it all worked before finishing up. I must add, it was all at a great price as well. He was fast, efficient and a really nice guy that I encourage any RV owner looking for that professional to work on your RV(like I was). Roaming RV Services is the licensed, professional of choice. I called Terry and he came out next day and diagnosed the initial problem. Had the part next day and came out and installed. Determined not the entire solution but was able to again efficiently diagnose the other issues causing the slide to not deploy and was able to resolve same day. The secondary issues were out of the ordinary but Terry was still able to diagnose and resolve same day getting me back into the trailer in two days. Terry is very very knowledgeable. So we are in the Pacific Northwest all the way from Georgia and I start having trailer brake and blinker light problems. I spent some time trying to diagnose it myself check some fuses on the inside fix the wiring harness that was pinched but I just couldn't get it solved Googled everything watch the video or two but just couldn't fix it. I called roaming RV services and rather than stringing me along and trying to maximize their profits he gave me some very helpful hints which took me directly to the problem, I fixed it myself with a simple replacement of a fuse. It's not often nowadays that someone will freely give their professional skilled help. For years I have struggled getting a decent RV repair service done in the Long Beach, WA area until now. My hydraulic jacks had failed and Roaming RV services remedied my problem outstandingly at a reasonable cost. They come to my location, analyzed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Our RV’s door handle was broken and the door shut, with one of us inside the rig and one outside. Terry quickly made his way over and shared what’d he’d seen in similar situations and despite a tiny workspace, managed to get the door open. As we needed a spare part to fully fix it, he identified the correct one and a place (the only one) that happened to have it in stock, so we could order it, and showed us how to operate the door in the interim. He was helpful, friendly, proficient, and prompt. Really could not have asked for more in a mobile RV tech. We called Terry, Owner of Roaming RV Services, in the hopes that he could fix our issue. Although he was already booked out several weeks, he said he could fit us in the following evening. Before showing up, he asked me to send him multiple pictures of the leaf springs so he knew exactly what our setup looked like. His communication style really put us at ease. He showed up the following evening and set to work replacing all four of our leaf springs. While replacing the springs he found an issue that would cause additional failure in the future. His attention to detail in finding the issue likely saved us from a future breakdown. We can't recommend him highly enough.
