So we are in the Pacific Northwest all the way from Georgia and I start having trailer brake and blinker light problems. I spent some time trying to diagnose it myself check some fuses on the inside fix the wiring harness that was pinched but I just couldn't get it solved Googled everything watch the video or two but just couldn't fix it. I called roaming RV services and rather than stringing me along and trying to maximize their profits he gave me some very helpful hints which took me directly to the problem, I fixed it myself with a simple replacement of a fuse. It's not often nowadays that someone will freely give their professional skilled help. Thank you very much for getting us back out on the road!Posted on Gary ChastainTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. For years I have struggled getting a decent RV repair service done in the Long Beach, WA area until now. My hydraulic jacks had failed and Roaming RV services remedied my problem outstandingly at a reasonable cost. They come to my location, analyzed the problem and fixed it efficiently. It couldn’t have been more convenient. They will be my go to RV service company for my future years in this area. Give them a call and you’ll be glad you did.Posted on Bill HollandTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our RV’s door handle was broken and the door shut, with one of us inside the rig and one outside. Terry quickly made his way over and shared what’d he’d seen in similar situations and despite a tiny workspace, managed to get the door open. As we needed a spare part to fully fix it, he identified the correct one and a place (the only one) that happened to have it in stock, so we could order it, and showed us how to operate the door in the interim. He was helpful, friendly, proficient, and prompt. Really could not have asked for more in a mobile RV tech. Highly recommended.Posted on Nomadic In NatureTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a Leaf Spring break on our DRV Fifth Wheel. We called Terry, Owner of Roaming RV Services, in the hopes that he could fix our issue. Although he was already booked out several weeks, he said he could fit us in the following evening. Before showing up, he asked me to send him multiple pictures of the leaf springs so he knew exactly what our setup looked like. His communication style really put us at ease. He showed up the following evening and set to work replacing all four of our leaf springs. While replacing the springs he found an issue that would cause additional failure in the future. His attention to detail in finding the issue likely saved us from a future breakdown. We can't recommend him highly enough. His rates are very reasonable, and he will always go the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of.Posted on Maryann “Gwen” SmithTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Contacted him when I clipped a trailer and broke my low point drain valve off. He was booked for the day and couldn't make it to me but walked me through what I need to do a temp repair so I can continue my trip. Didn't even ask for money. I sent him some cash anyway.Posted on Jaden WestraTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Terry went above and beyond!! Squeezed us in for an appointment at the end of a long day. Very helpful with any ideas of our continued problems! 10/10 recommend to everyone I knowPosted on Daniel JubertTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I arrived to the KOA in Astoria only to find that my hydraulic jacks were malfunctioning and spewing transmission fluid all over. I gave Terry a call and he was at my site within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken hose), sourced a local solution, and the problem was fixed 24 hours later. He also worked with my insurance company to help process my claim. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Posted on Delanne FergusonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When we got to Ft. Stevens, the slide to our trailer wouldn't go out. My husband is a pretty handy guy but he couldn't solve it. We called Terry and within 20 minutes he was there. He figured out that is was a part in the motor that was broken. We couldn't order and get the part during our three day stay, but he got the slide out with external power, and came back three days later to close it for us. What great service and knowledge. He told us how to get the part (which was a relatively simple "plug and play" thing) and a week later my husband was able to easily install it and everything worked again. Terry is the best guy. Very professional and friendly and he knows his stuff. We would recommend without hesitation!!Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
